Offer idea
After receiving email or telephone,we can figure out what customer needs,and advise our ideas or opinion how to reach the effect.
Make quotation
After confirming material and specification by customers,exact quote with detailed info will be sent to customer for review by email
Make sampling
Once artwork/file is created,output the plate,arrange sampling and cut mold for customer to evaulate quality
Mass production
Based on approval samples ,purchase raw material and begin production,storage in warehouse
Submit booking
Caculate the goods CBM,contact forwarder to arrange shipping and loading container,prepare customs declaration.
Sea shipment
Once shipping doc is released,the container begin to leave the sea port. Shipping doc will be sent to customer review
How we control the quality
- Our factory work with brand importer Walmart,Target and Disney for over 15 years.
- We have established our own QC system on bulk production
- Inspection report and clear photos can be sent for customer review.
Raw Material Inspection
Step 1:QC staff make a record on every batch of material. Only material quality conform to standard,it can be loaded in relative warehouse
Midway randon Inspection
Step 2: Do random inspection while prodction process,which can help reduce the ratio of defects quantity and avoid any errors
Bulk Production Inspection
Step 3: take several cartons of finished goods ,write a inspection report and take enough photos to customer review before shipment.
