Common Quality Troubles and Solutions
⚠️Print Problems: The pattern is incorrect, has color differences, and is blurry.
Before printing, confirm the machine’s condition, use environmentally friendly inks, and conduct a sample test before mass production, Inspect the first batch of products thoroughly, followed by random checks to minimize these problems.
⚠️Color Consistency Check：Color variations exist between different batches, with inconsistent shades.
Use the same printing press and ink for the same order. For large orders, color standards must be confirmed and standardized before production.
⚠️Cutting Accuracy：Poor edge trimming, resulting in sharp corners or burrs, and inconsistent dimensions.
The cutting machine should be regularly sharpened to maintain good sharpness. After each batch is cut, polish and clean the burrs, and conduct random checks.
⚠️Laminating Problems：Improper lamination, resulting in bubbles or wrinkles.
Test the temperature during lamination, and allow the product to stand for 24 hours after lamination before cutting to effectively prevent wrinkling.
