3.Embroidery Sampling

Once the digital artwork meets your demand, we begin sampling and send you the sample in one week. There is always a difference between the actual object and the digital artwork.

4.Sample Approval

If you confirm the sample is perfect, we consider the sample as the approval sample, then, bulk production standards are consistent with the approval sample.

5.Mass Production

We arrange the raw material purchasing and make a production plan. While producing, we conduct the strict Quality Control system to avoid product after-sales issues.

6.Packaging

We will package the product according to your requirements, and workers check the quantity of accessories multiple times to prevent the missing or omission.

7.Shipping

Transportation is the last step. When packing products, we will take precautions against moisture and pressure, and confirm the product information again to ensure that the type and quantity of products are correct when workers are uploading them into the container.

Color Consistency:

Embroidery thread color and fabric color must be precisely coordinated, and the colors must be strictly same as the color swatch. Color differences within the same batch of fabric are small, but during mass production, the color tone can easily shift between different batches. Therefore, constant monitoring is necessary during production to ensure that the color of the bulk order matches the approval sample.

Smooth Edge Finishing:

The edges of the fabric must be properly smooth to prevent loose threads or frayed edges. Because smooth edges improve the product’s durability and enhance the customer’s experience during the finished product manufacturing process.

Secure Clip Assembly:

Reinforcing adhesive can bond the clips to the embroidered fabric. So we will provide both reinforcing adhesive and self-adhesive labels in the product kit for double protection.

Final Appearance Inspection:
