- Artwork Confirmation: Our sales team review the detail of the artwork with you online. Once everything is confirmed, the artwork is finalized and no more revisions will be made to avoid printing mistakes.
- Sample Printing: We produce a printed color sample based on the confirmed artwork. The color will be checked against your confirmation. If there are no mistakes, mass production can begin.
- Bulk Printing: We use large-format printing machine to print the puzzle patterns in batches, minimizing printing batches to ensure no color difference in the same batch.
- Die Cutting: Custom die-cutting molds will be prepared in advance and all puzzle pieces will be cut once, ensuring assembling between pieces.
- Piece Separation and Packaging: A piece separation machine or manual separation will be arranged to separate and package the puzzle pieces, while all defective pieces are picked out.
- Weight and Counting: All finished puzzle sets will be weighed to catch missing or extra puzzle pieces and discard them, which help reduce after-sales risks.

1.Prevent missing pieces
We calculate the the weight of the customer-confirmed sample and it is a standard. Each shaped puzzle is weighed on the production line, and we conduct random manual checks to guarantee the correct piece count, avoiding after-sales issues caused by missing or extra pieces.
2.Maintain colors consistent
First, we confirm the artwork colors with the customer, and produce a sample for finial confirmation. The finial confirmation is served as the standard for mass printing. While printing, a few samples are regularly selected to check for color differences. The same printing machine and printing material are used for the same batch as much as possible to effectively keep uniform color tone and no color difference.
3.Ensure clean edges
We use the high -precision die-cutting machine to punch the complete puzzles in one pass. After die cutting, staff sort out defective products by hand. The die-cutting machine blades are checked routinely; bad blades are replaced right away to make sure clean and smooth puzzle edges.
4.Protect puzzles during shipping
Puzzles are sealed in PE plastic bags, the inner packaging prevents them from moisture during transportation. Different packaging uses different protective measures: the outer cardboard box is reinforced, and an inner lining is added to limit puzzle piece movement. The outer carton uses a five-layer, seven-resistant, high-thickness corrugated cardboard box, with bubble wrap inside for impact protection, minimizing damage during transportation.
