Issue: Felt fabric is in inferior quality, uneven thickness, and unpleasant smell.

Solution: Select certified reliable suppliers; conduct random spot checks right away after delivery; Any unqualified raw materials will be sent to the supplier for reprocessing.

Cutting Process Inspection

Issue: Wrong cutting measurements, uneven sizes, deformed shapes, and frayed rough edges.

Solution: Cutting machines receive regular maintenance and calibration. We approve a first trial sample before mass cutting; if it fails, we halt production immediately and resolve the cause.

Accessory Counting

Issue: Wrong accessory styles or quantities; missing pieces or duplicate accessories.

Solution: We check all the quantity and quality of accessories upon arrival. During assembly, workers must refer the accessories list, and have the double inspection during packaging to guarantee everything is accurate.

Packaging Inspection

Issue: Printing mistakes on color box packaging; scratches on color boxes ruining the appearance.

Solution: Whether it’s paper box packaging or tin box packaging, we test the printing machine before printing to ensure error-free prints.When folding color boxes, we also do a second inspection to make sure packages are intact and usable.

Finished Product Sampling Test

Issue: Some defective products, missing parts, and damage goods in the bulk shipment.

Solution: We follow strict the sampling inspection system and perform the extra round of sorting at the final stage to avoid the defective products being packed into shipment.
